Carnival at the Firstalm Mountain Inn

Have you ever been to a costume ball on skis? This could be your first experience of one: on Sunday, 19th of February 2012, the pistes adjacent to the famous ‘Untere Firstalm’ mountain inn will again be crowded by clowns, ghosts, pirates and cowboys. Fun for the whole family and unbeatable holiday photos are guaranteed! Plus: whoever wears a costume will receive a discounted day ski pass. The Firstalm is easy to reach from the Sutten ski area, at a 20 minute’s drive from Rottach-Egern. Traditional German carnival snacks such as ‘krapfen’ (German jam donut), plenty of mulled wine, schnapps and funky tunes will keep you in good spirits.
